What's the tower frequency and is it allowed to use radio scanners in Czechia? And some other questions: The perpenddicular display line means that it stretches outside of the airport, over the neighbouring farmlands. Is it allowed to go there (under the display)? Is the fence high? I plan to shoot...

Hi,

its first time, that i visit ILA. But im interested mainly in "f-displays", please, where is best place for spotting of flying displays ? Inside or outside of airport ?
