Against a lot of odds I made it to Iruma today. It is very hard to walk in the opposite direction of 250.000 Japanese and after that convince the military that you really want to enter the base, even if the show is oer.
When I arrived the first aircraft were leaving for home.
All a/c were parked in the sun and besides the few on static free from fences or ropes. At the end of the day the static a/c stood alone after "the sweep".
Here is a log straight from the book (additions & corrections are welcome):
Static:
36-5708 T-4 SH
46-5922 T-7 12HK

Hangars:
76-5757 T-4 SH (in open hangar with blue plastic in the background)
2x T-4 nn (in open hangar)
29-3041 U-125 nn (in closed hangar)
82-1155 YS-11 nn (in another closed hangar)
When I left in a very very busy sardientjes train I could see there were T-4's parked in the most southern hangar. I guess other hangars also had a/c but I had no time to check them.
