Flying activity BA133 Saint Dizier / Robinson (LFSI)??

Hi,

I was wondering if there is still flying activity at BA133 Saint Dizier / Robinson (LFSI) between 23-12-2013 and 03-01-2014.
When i look at https://www.notams.faa.gov/dinsQueryWeb/ i can't find anything if this airbase is closed this 2 weeks.
Does this means that there will be still activity except maybe the 25th, 26th, 31th December and the 1st of January??
I hope somebody can help me with this.

Are you gonna ask this for every base in Europe?

Anyway, closed between Xmas and new year with almost no flying the 2 days before and after that.
