De DRF Luftrettung' Eurocopter EC135 P2 D-HDRL was op zondag 26 januari na een derde poging geland op de zgn Idiotenwiese ( idioten weide) bij Oberwiesenthal om assistentie te verlenen aan een gewonde peuter. Nadat de turbinemotoren waren uitgezet, kwam de helikopter door nog onbekende oorzaak in beweging en gleed 30 meter de helling af. Van de nog in de helikopter aanwezige piloot, de nood-arts en een paramedicus raakte niemand gewond.

On Sunday 26 January, the DRF Luftrettung' Eurocopter EC135 P2 D-HDRL landed on the third attempt on the so-called Idiotenwies (idiots meadow) near Oberwiesenthal to recover a injured toddler. After the helicopter was sat down and the turbines were shut down, the helicopter, in which even the pilot, the emergency doctor and a paramedic were, started for yet unknown reasons to move and slid down the slope 30 meters. No one was hurt in this strange accident.
