Military units in Western and Central OSK mobilize on Putins order. All air units shall attack a for the pilot unkown exercise field (poligon). In Russian articles are today describing pilots climbing on their planes.
Tanks and moving APC can be seen from TV pictures. Involved are also the Northern-, Baltic- och Black Sea Fleets.
The situation is special hot on crimea. Several ethnic groups can be seen in turmoil. The Berkuts returned to Crimea. The strategic parts are also involved.
It started with a exercise order from Putin. All units were alerted for a exercise, planned ending 7 March 2014. Now escalated yesterday.
