Check the header at their site. A white kind of shadow of the serial and I thought there is a toned down badge.Bennie wrote:Gespoten, maar niet in demo kleuren?roberto wrote:De vaste bakken dit jaar worden de J-631 en J-142, de 631 wordt momenteel gespoten en de 142 is al een tijdje stuk (prima start van het seizoen)

Echt zonde......Goodby ORANGE LION
On the 6th of March 2014 the J-015, also known as the "Orange Lion," departed from Volkel airbase to Portugal.
Like any other F-16 within the Royal Netherlands Airforce periodically it gets an anti-corrosion treatment and is painted again.
Having flown in the orange color scheme with three of the F-16 demo teams for five years the J-015 will be painted in its operational gray color.
From an operational point of view, it was decided to apply the gray color so that this unit is available for operational missions.
Because of the reductions within our defense department and the decreasing number of F-16s this seasons F-16 demo team stationed at Leeuwarden airbase will therefore be flying demonstrations in a 'normal' gray F-16.
