Ukrainian Police/Militsiya and Interior Troops helicopters

Can anybody help me with sorting out the aviation elements of the Ukrainian Police/Militsiya and Interior Troops?

Both of these organisations answer to the Ministry of the Interior (MVS). The former is a civilian organisation charged with law enforcement, while the latter is a para-military organisation which is currently very active in the east of the country.

A Ukrainian order of battle from 2004 seen on the web lists the Ministry of Interior as having 6 aircraft and 8 helicopters.

European Air Forces Directory 2012/13 gives the 51 ovbr as belonging to the Ministry of the Interior with Mi-8 and Mi-24, "plus other aviation units", It also lists one An-26 and one An-74 as belonging to the "MVD" - which is another term for Interior Troops.

Can anybody tell me what aircraft/helicopters these two organisations operate (or have operated in the past) and how to tell them apart from Air Force/Army examples?
