On September, 6th, 2014 there will be a "Nostalgic Air-Picnic" with Classic Cessna-Meeting at Wershofen Airfield (Germany). The airfield is located near to the Nurburgring, not far away from Belgium and the Netherlands. Nostalgic Air-Picnic means to fly with some fellows with a classic aircraft to a nice located airfield, take a picnic blanket with you and have a picnic under the wings. About 50 vintage planes announced their participation till now. The Wershofen flying club invites all registered participants to snacks and drinks. Registration is possible at http://www.flugtag-wershofen.de/air-picnic. In the evening there will be an traditional hangar party.
On the next day (Sunday, 7th September) you can join the Wershofen Air Festival, an small, but very beautiful airshow. The entry is free, plane spotters are welcome. For further information see http://www.flugtag-wershofen.de.
