EHLW 20-9-2014 MIL

Post by Sjoerd »

As an outsider and lack of info on this board regarding the subject, I was wondering if anyone could share some info on the deployed HH-60's. E.g., is there is a logic in the mission times (ETD) as well as the approach patterns flown? Can they be seen from the outside if not hangared?

I'm also especially interested in the (ETD) times for next saturday as lack of free time and a possible weekend at the Waddeneilanden may bring me to Leeuwarden. 8) I already found the notam, but this is still rather global;
M1879/14 - ADDN AD OPR HR MON-FRI 1445-2100 AND SAT 1000-2100. 15 SEP 10:00 2014 UNTIL 20
SEP 21:00 2014. CREATED: 09 SEP 09:19 2014

I hope someone on the inside or possible locals are willing to share their info here too.

MTIA!

And are the Sea Hawks hangared or parked outside?

Last week I was lucky all 3 flew. I wasn't able to see them from Jelsum nor from the Marssum Side, from the road or from the spotterhill area. Sorry :-(
