Aeroflot is to circumvent sanctions for its' lowcost carrier

Aeroflot (SU, Moscow Sheremetyevo) has established a new entity dubbed "Byudzetniy Perevozchik" (English: "Budget Air Carrier"),

In a bid to circumvent the same Western sanctions that scuttled Dobrolet,
Aeroflot stated earlier this month that while it intends to equip its renewed LCC subsidiary, tentatively dubbed Dobrolet Plus,
with Western aircraft,
this time round it will source the jets from Chinese and Singaporean lessors.
