Estonia 20 years

Today is 20 years since the ferry Estonia sunk on the rout from Tallin to Stockholm. Heavy weather sunk the the ferry in the Baltic. Around 850 Scandinavians and Estonias lost their life. Around 137 people were saved by search and rescue helicopters, mostly from Finland and Sweden, one from Estland.

The news paper Aftonbladet have a moving map plotting the changing positions of the ships and helicopters. If you use the email downwards, go side down. Pressure on the map close to the side end.
