AMS sets new Passenger and Cargo records in 2014

After a period of 7 years AMS Schiphol Airport has finally broken its 2007 cargo record for tonnes of freight transported/year.

- CARGO 2007 = 1.610.282 tonnes
- CARGO 2014 = 1.633.195 tonnes

This indicates it has taken the airport 7 years to overcome the economic downturn of 2008-2013.

- PAX 2014 = 54.978.023 passengers or +2.410.000 pax. above the previous record in 2013.
