RAF Northolt under threat as a flying base?

Due to the owners of Biggin Hill and Oxford instigating a so-called "safety review" of RAF Northolt, future flying activities are effectively under threat.

There are not enough military movements to justify the continued retention of the site as a flying base and the loss of civil flights are highly likely to lead to the closure of flying activities at the base.
