For 2 A-10s, the journey Lajes-Spangdahlem proved to long... They ended up at Amsterdam/Schiphol of all places!!!
One of them came in (safely!! 8) ) following an emergency.

Anyone for the serial of the USAF C-17 that was crossing overhead ETAD on a roughly south-northerly heading around 15:28 hours local time?

Hi Heron,

This C-17A was heading north west bound around that time, departing from Ramstein...

any ideas about callsigns of the two Hornets? the 03-3114 C-17A?
have 91-366, 90-833,91-481 and 91-416 as Weasel 01-04
First F-16CM's arr SNAKE 01-06 and later Warhawk 01-04
First 6 x A-10C TABOR 21-26
last 4 x A-10C Tabor 33-36 (31 and 32 to EHAM)
