Poland low level help needed

Hello everybody.
I'm in need of help and information, I'm planning a trip later in the year to Poland with a
Friend, looking to get some MiGs and SUs at a number of front line bases, I'v been looking and using the airfield guide section on here, very good and a great help. But what I'd like to know
Is do the polish Air Force practice low level flying like the RAF do in the UK?
Our main area in the UK is in the Wales MTA called LFA7(low flying area 7), so do the polish AF do the same and do they have dedicated locations ?
Any help or information would be most welcome.
