QUID 65: KC-135R with tail 63-8884 working with ATCC Dutch Mil on 128.3500 MHz (radar lower).

CTM 2027: Flying overhead The Netherlands at 24000 ft., heading northeast. Showing full Mode-S details: FAF C-130H-30 with tail 5226. Missed him on the radio, probably on civil ATCC.
