I've been to Cuba years ago. You can forget about basevisits, those are out of the question. Also, the Cuban Air Force hardly ever flies (or even exists..) so you won't see a lot anyway. As far as I know, there's no museum left after the closure of the Havana museum (which was very nice, btw). From the top of my mind, I did also see a preserved MiG15 in Santiago de Cuba and an operational Mil-8 in Baracoa.
Answers will be questioned.....

Back in 1998 I had several Mi-17s (flying) and two MiG-23BNs (parked) at Holguin. Also spotted on a roundabout in town (the usual tour of cigarfactories...) was a MiG-17 with s/n 215.

There are some wrecks and relics scattered over the island. Some at military bases (and not accessible), others out in the open: http://www.spottingmode.com/wro/cuba/

One warning though, most of these locations comes from Google Earth images, with some a bit older already. Having never been to Cuba myself, I cannot guarantee that all are (still) current.

From the excellent "World military out of service 2012" by Andy Marden:

Havana, Museo de la Revolucion, former presidential palace, city centre at Calle Refugio 1. N23.14094, W82.35698
"Small parts of U-2C 56-6676 (shot down 27OCT62) are also present"
