The hospital's GPS-location is said to have been well communicated to all parties. Investigations are now ongoing into this latest tragedy in Afghanistan. Already a clear-cut UN preliminary response.
It is by no means the first attack that kills non-combatants in this war-torn country and this particular region over the last decade(s).
