Also around 14:40LT a a/c was making a low approach with a callsign sounded like Tack31??. After the l/a he was going to Nörvenich. When it was a local Nörvenich EF-2000 than the callsign was i think Pack31?? Pilot has a Italian accent. Who knows more??

couldn't this be one of the italians currently at Buchel?

PACK31 was in the nearby from 1430 to 1445 but I didn't saw an approach, maybe I missed this one.

We where from 9.00 till 16.00 at Büchel and the italians did not fly
