Post by Stratofreighter »

An Air Namibia Airbus A319-100, registration V5-ANL performing flight SW-304 from Luanda (Angola) to Windhoek (Namibia), was on approach to Windhoek's runway 08
when a large bird impacted the aircraft penetrating one of the panels at the right hand wing root.

The aircraft continued for a safe landing.
