Without any doubt the fastest QRA scramble of a modern jet I ever saw!wamovements wrote:Confirmed in RH shelter and van in LH shelterashtonp wrote:Hi Leonard

Yes I deleted my previous post about the ET 60 Airbus fleet. It appears that ET 60 is based at Creil but their aircraft are based at Charles de Gaulle and will remain there.Einstein wrote:Yes, a very speedy departure, followed by a 360-degree turn, another pass over the runway and then into the vertical. Nice!
Leonard, the following helicopters departed Creil before you joined us:
1217/DAY SA330B nn
2272/CGE AS532UL nn
2331/CGU AS532UL nn
4210/GEF SA342L1 nn
2035/BIC Tigre HAP nn
Furthermore I can confirm the serial - although not really necessary of course with the fixed codes - of Casa 156/62-IQ.
As to the future of Creil, several news sites, like the one below, mention the base is due to be closed by the end of august / in september:

The website of the French senate confirms that Creil will cease its flying activities in the summer of 2016. As the runway will no longer be maintained, there are fears that the resident IGN will also have to relocate:

Sorry Paul, I hadn't noticed that you deleted your post. But...the site of the French Senate I referred to, mentions Roissy as the base for 'Esterel'. So the aircraft will remain at CdG.Fishbed_9307 wrote:
