Authorities say a single-engine plane crashed into trees after fueling up at the Blairstown Airport, and the pilot suffered broken bones.
Blairstown police Lt. Scott Johnsen says the plane somehow got stuck in full throttle and it went across two runways and then hit trees.
Johnsen says the plane got a few feet off the ground before the crash.
He says the pilot was taken to a hospital with broken bones. The pilot's exact condition was not known.
The North American Navion aircraft crashed at around 9:30 a.m. Thursday.
This story has been corrected to show that the plane had just finished fueling, not landing, when its throttle got stuck, based on updated information from authorities.
