KE510 74Y HL7605 enroute from ARN to ICN turned back to Europe when it was already well
over Russia and diverted to AMS where it landed safely at around 03:00LT
https://www.flightradar24.com/data/airc ... 5/#bcd331e
Anyone for a possible reason of this strange diversion and why it has chosen for AMS as alternate?
Mike

it is the other way around:
HL7605 left AMS at about 17.10 and diverted to ARN.

First leg of the returnflight KE510 was Amsterdam to Stockholm, could be the reason to divert back to Amsterdam.

pretty sure it's at the Sierra apron right now (can't check the numbers), so must be ARN to ICN with diversion to AMS, like FR24 suggests.

04 Dec Amsterdam (AMS)Stockholm (ARN) KE509 1:35 5:05 PM 5:36 PM 7:10 PM Landed 7:11 PM
