A short visit to a cold and humid Ramstein procudes the following (all right out of the notebook, so no fact checking):

KC-10A 40189 (dep), 50030 McGuire
C-17A hot cargo: 00217 (dep) McChord, 77187 Charleston
C-130J-30 37AS (RS) 88604, 78609, 88603, 88601, 88607, 88605, 68611, 78608
C-20 20375 (dep, t/g, arr)
C-12 40156 USARE (arr around 10.00h?)
C-17A 55142 March (arr 10.50h)
C-17A 40069 Martinsburg
C-17A 33113, 33116 MS ANG
C-17A 00219, 88200, 21109 McChord
C-5M 70030 Travis
C-17A 77179 Travis
C-21A (dep. 12.30h)
C-21A 40126 (parked south shelter area, near Afgh. AF G.222's)
4x stored G.222 Afgh. AF on taxi track in south shelter area, one read of as 04095.

Left when it was starting to began raining harder, and visibility started to decrease.

Departing C21 was 84-0096.
Also arrived 12:30 was C5M 85-0007 Dover.
07-7179 and 03-3113 Left within 5 minutes of eachother, around 13:00.
87-0030 left 14:00.
The first G222 in row is 82025.

Yes, check... both Globes departed around that time.
