LOG Donauwoerth 07-02-2017
the sun made a rare appearance today for a short time and it seems they took the opportunity to pull out quite a number of new choppers. I made about ten new ones in just one hour!
A second batch for the Thai Army is obviously being tested at the moment (2 H145 present) and also the final H145 for the German Air Force look ready for the delivery (three different a/c observed in 2017).
on with the log:
74+61 Tiger UHT Heer (outside on the ramp)
74+62 Tiger UHT Heer (testflight)
83+23 Sea Lynx Mk.88A Marine (returning from a testflight)
[98+51] NH-90NTH "Sea Lion" Marine outside on the ramp for some tests (serial 79+51 is taped over)
[D-HADI] H145M Luftwaffe f/c (testflight)
[D-HADM] Jupiter HT.1 (H145) RAF f/c (testflight)
D-HADS H145 Airbus demostrator (local flight)
[D-HBTA] H145 German Police f/c (still incomplete and missing several parts, towed outside of the production area for some tests)
D-HCBM H135 dismantled inside hangar on the west side
[D-HCBQ] H145M Luftwaffe f/c (departed and did not return within two hours)
[D-HCBW] H145 operator unknown (grey underside and blue upperside with blue cheatline (see last log), now complete and engine tests)
[D-HECX] Juno HT.1 (EC.135T3H) RAF f/c (testflight) c/n 2004 which should make it ZM507 for the RAF
[D-HMBB] H145 R Thai Army f/c (testflight). At least I guess it`s a Thai machine as it has the same olive colours as the last ones. Unfortunately the c/n is no longer on the fuselage. Any national markings and/or serials properly taped over.
Another H145 in same colours was seen inside hangar D10 but remained unidentified.
