Airlineroute has released its interpretation of KLM W17 schedule, not all of it correct:
KLM last week made additional adjustment to its winter 2017/18 long-haul operation, effective 29OCT17. A number of routes sees aircraft changes in latest update. Planned changes as of 27FEB17 as follow.

KLM in winter 2017/18 season is suspending service to Kazakhstan, as the airline closed reservation for flights to Almaty and Astana, from 29OCT17 to 24MAR18. The airline originally adjusted overall service from 4 to 3 weekly, including 1 weekly Amsterdam – Astana – Almaty – Amsterdam and 2 weekly in opposite direction.
Flights on/after 25MAR18 is currently available for booking at present time, however further adjustment is likely.
Schedules could still be changed as I miss a number of flights in the schedules. It could also mean a (temporary) big drop in number of flights of course. No flights between Amsterdam and Salt Lake City for example...
