JD-OW Patch

Hi:
don't really know if this question fits in here, however: when visiting Konya Airbase I bought a patch of a turkish F-16-pilot showing the four letters JD-OW. The guy was not really fluent in English so all I got was that this is something with weapons. Now I am familiar with JSOW, JD-OW however doesn't ring the bell inside my memory. (I understand it's a four letter word ...).
Anyone of you abreast with the meaning of this? Would appreciate your help!

Are you sure the patch shows JD-OW and not JP-OW? JP-OW may refer to Joint Project Optic Windmill, an air and missile defence exercise.

Yes, I'am sure! If I would manage to upload a photo I would do it, however I didn't figure out how this works here.

For the built-in attachment you have to choose the image (#1) and then add it (#2) (if it's smaller than 800x800) which is below the message box.
You can also upload it to websites like imgur, tinypic, flickr etc. and post the link here.
