Chateaudun

Post by ashtonp »

Hi

I visited Chateaudun on July 13 before BD in the hope of seeing my last Mirage 2000N 375. This has been reported on the Scramble Military Database as present on the German Runway in June 17.

I was able to confirm a line of 11 mixed M2000s on the East Side of the German Runway behind the C-160 line up nearest to the D31 road at the south end. Light was perfect and I read the following in order: 330, 506 (B), (307), 344, 304, 322, 305, 339, 324, 343, (C) in special marks. No sign of 359, so my question is can the contributor of the report for 359 please provide a location for the aircraft.

A colleague who visited Chateaudun at the time of the Tiger Meet, read the same M2000s as l did.

Thanks

Paul

375 or 359 Paul? You mention 375 at the start, then switch to 359!
