Can anybody tell me what the exact function is of Citation 750 registration SX-ECI? Is it performing calibration duties? It's official government plane, isn't it?

It belongs to the Hellenic Civil Aviation Authority (IPA Ipiresia Politikis Aeroporias), so yes it is a govt aircraft performing calibration duties

Thanks. I saw it make flyby's a couple of times today above Exopolis. Wondered why!
