Dakota/Skytrain at D-Day Experience, Normandy

Does anyone know the true identity of the Dakota/Skytrain that is being used in the D-Day Experience? She's dressed up as 292717 "Stoy Ahora" but I don't think that's her true identity as I can't find her in any W&R list?
