Any clue when the F15 that already arrived will start to fly local missions?

Wat ik gehoord heb is dat de 'familiarization flights', het vertrouwd raken met het lokale luchtruim, beginnen als alle F-15's aan dek zijn. Als met wat geluk maandag de laatste F-15's binnen komen, zouden ze dinsdag hiermee al kunnen starten. Zoals altijd 'time will tell'.

Ik zie niet in waarom ze met Fam Flights zouden wachten totdat alle Eagles op Leeuwarden zijn. De eerste vliegers kunnen daar maandag al wel mee beginnen, volgens de oorspronkelijke planning. Ik verwacht dat ze die paar extra weken dat ze hier zijn, maximaal willen benutten. En bovendien: in 2016 vlogen de eerste 4 F-15's twee dagen later al missies, terwijl de tweede groep van 4 nog niet binnen was. Dat zouden ze nu dus ook weer kunnen doen.

Een discussie over wat wij zien is niet van belang.

Think they are bit earlier then 16.00, as they left 06.15z
