Problems with Belgian NF-acquisition

It seems that a number of Belgian Air Force officers have been suspended from their duties, because they ddin't give informations about the F-16s real life expectation to the government, in order to not endanger the NF-acquisition program:

AFAIK, it has been noted that the fighter selection has been put on hold, a cancelation or delay is so far out of the question.
there is no news if the whole project will continue as usual, or will be put in the fridge for 6 years. for that we will have to wait until the investigation is over, there should be news about that somewhere arround April 20 or 21, as noted in multiple media sources.
