FAF4045 just departed to Istres. The second Frisian Flag participant to return home today.....(one Rafale left Leeuwarden already).

why are some planes leaving frisian flag?

Those French tankers often broke down during earlier editions.
Perhaps picking up spare parts or as tanker for the Rafale?
Who knows, returning tomorrow?

Any news on the Italian Tanker or has this one been replaced with the USAFE KC-135?
