was on final approach descending through 30 feet AGL when both engines were shut down.

The aircraft touched down without power,
brakes operated in abnormal mode without anti-skid
causing all main tyres to burst during the roll out
disabling the aircraft on the runway.

There were no injuries,
the aircraft sustained damage to all 4 main tyres and main wheels
