Nostalgic Air-Picnic, Wershofen (D) 1-2 September 2018

On September, 1st/2nd, 2018 there will be a "Nostalgic Air-Picnic" with Classic Cessna-Meeting at Wershofen Airfield (Germany). The airfield is located near to the Nurburgring, not far away from Belgium and the Netherlands. Nostalgic Air-Picnic means to fly with some fellows with a classic aircraft to a nice located airfield, take a picnic blanket with you and have a picnic under the wings. On Saturday evening there will be an traditional hangar party. The Wershofen flying club invites all registered participants to snacks and drinks. Please registrate yourself on our homepage. About 70 vintage planes announced their participation till now!

Embedded in the picnic is a meeting of Classic Cessna models. The "International Cessna 120-140 Association" will take it's european type meeting at the picnic, so more than 7 C120/140 from all over Europe will come to Wershofen. But the meeting is also open to other models. Very welcome are all tailwheel models and the early models of C150, C172, C175, C182, C210, C310 and C337. This year we want to celebrate 70 years C170 and 60 years C150, C175 and C210. The oldest participating plane of this models will get a special price.

At both days the Wershofen Air Festival will take place, an small, but very beautiful airshow with a awesome program. The entry is free, plane spotters are welcome. For further information see http://www.flugtag-wershofen.de.
