Lannion/ Perros-Guirec show beach August 24/25

Post by erik_kamphuis »

August 24+25th the Patrouille de France was planned at the beach of Perros-Guirec and a para drop of FAF.

Seen the 24th at the beach:
PdF codes 1/8
PC-6 F-GOME did para drop with FAF team (No mil history)

As the PdF operated out of the airport Lannion close by I photographed them there in the afternoon. Seen here:
E48/8-MH
F-UHRE/1/E..
F-TEMF/2/E..
F-UGFE/3/E..9
E152/4
E146/5
E139/6
E113/7
E45/8
E85/9
In the morning CTM2041 landed here for support showing 5116 as C-130H on ADSB. At 12.15h I saw it depart. Can maybe anyone confirm the C-130??

The PC-6 F-GOME is based here.

The 25th the PC-6 and again 8 Ajets did a show (Not read)
Support was planned for the 26th 10.45h a C-160, but I did not saw any. At ADSB only saw FAF615 dep as PdF.

F-UHRE is E44, F-UGFE is E119 (you gotta love the fixed radio-call/serial combination), the other one MIGHT be a misread: at Nancy, "2" was F-TETF/E45. If F-TEMF is correct, it is E98, which IS a PdF-bird since earlier this year (used to be 705-MF)..

Thanks Frank!
I checked my pictures, but code 2 is for 100% F-TEMF so the new one.
When they departed sunday I saw at ADSB E44 later with callsign ARTOS1 and a formation with FAF615. Thought E44 was the wrong serial given for the E48, but E44 was also there.
