in instagram , early this month , a photo of an Alouette III (white / blue tail / black-red-yellow strip with registration : TZ-9001 has been published.
any idea for country ??

yes for TZ- but TZ with letters not TZ- with Numbers .
TZ with Numbers are for military and the colors of the line are not the Mali colors .

but possible , the first civilian helicopter for Mali ??
