Req:spotting spangdahlem

Hey everyone,

Last wednesday I went to spangdahlem for Some spotting and to my surprise there was a german sign. My question is whether it is still allowed to take pictures of the airplane comming in or do you need permission?

Here is the message:

Es ist verboden:
1. Innerhalb einen abstandes von 50m von Zaun der anlagen zu rauchen, offenes feuer anzuzünden, zu zelten,
2. Der gebrauch von schubwaffen in richtung auf die anlagen;
- bei schrotsschub innerhalb von 100m
- bei kugelschub innerhalb von 500m vom zaun
3. Innerhalb eines abstandes von 500 m vom Zaun ohne genehmigung der schutzbereichbehörde zu sprengen
4. Die lagerung von leicht brennbaren oder explosiven gefährlichen stoffen zwischen diesen hinweisschildren und del zaum
5. Fotos, zeichnungen, skizzen oder andere bildliche darstellungen vum schutzbereich oder seinen anlagen anzufertigen

Zuwiderhandlungen werden verfolgt

It is still allowed to take pictures, but just like any other military base, no pictures with infrastructure, or in the direction of the base. So only aircraft in the sky are allowed. And don’t use guns or explosives while spotting
