As next monday is Memorial Day in the US:

Someone info for the expected F-16 4-box (+1 spare) for 'Missing Man'-honour over Margraten US-cemetery on Sunday 26th,for the 74th remembrance? (presumed from EHLW)

Today 25th C130 07-8608/RS did a flyby over the Luxemburg cemetery (just south of the airport) and is now circling over Liège for the flyby at either Neuville-en-Condroz (or Henri-Chapelle cemetery, usually done by BAF)

They are flying from EHVK Volkel airbase. Base is opened between 14:30 till 17:30 according the notams.
