The special painted E-191 should fly until 2023 at least and is also in the function as the „40years F-16 in Danish service in January 2020“ aircraft.

Due to the fact that the QRA fleet at Skrydstrup has two plus two F-16AM/BM at any given time and performs one Tango scramble each one or two days only and even fewer Alpha scrambles the Dannebrog E-191 is often part of the QRA-Force. It helps saving flight hours for participation in future air shows and Danish events.
