How do I regain access to my viewing of scramble magazine?

This year I took out a subscription with scramble to view the magazine on my phone.

In May my phone broke and I had to replace it. Problem was I had forgotten my pocketmags password when I came to re-install pocketmags, so I cannot access the issues I have paid for. I have contacted pocketmags three times now and cannot get any response from them.
How can I view the magazines that I have paid for please?
