97-0047 was not parked with the preserved aircraft today, and I didn't see it on the flight line either

USCG HC144 2301 (Corpus Christi) was noted at the FBO in a colourful blue scheme

97-0047 I believe did a trip to Belize to drop off some ambulances. Saw it returning to CHS this morning.

Anyone who knows if KC-135R 62-3545 is still present at Charleston and in what state it currently is? Last year it was missing a lot of parts including engines and tail but it is still counted as active.

Thanks in advance!

They started scrapping it in August last year, there was no sign of any of it the last few times I have visited so I would guess it has all gone.

Thanks for the information. So I guess that's one less KC-135R after all. Still 396 going strong
