The closure of 117 sqn yesterday probably signals the end of F-16C block 30 operations in the Israel Air Force (IAF); 115 sqn hosted a mission leadership course at Ovda last week but lockdown restrictions meant it was not possible to check which aircraft they were using. It is unlikely the IAF would keep just 4 or 5 examples of the subtype in operation, but these are indeed unusual times.
