Req. frequency to monitor AMC aircraft above NL

Hi guys,

Having monitored the airband for quite a while now without joy, I was wondering if any of you can advise at which frequencies the AMC aircraft travel (mainly RCH callsigns) above the Netherlands. There are so many Amsterdam FIR/Dutch Mil freqs, but somehow I still haven't managed to find the main ones being used.
