Indeed at least one flight today, despite the cloud cover. My estimate is, if the clouds are thin enough for the jumpers to stay in formation when they fall through them, and the ceiling is high enough for them to open the canopies below it (3500ft opening alt?), it works.
The jump run was at 12000ft north of the field, parallel to the runway, and the drop zone just east of the Spottersheuvel.

Despite their own schedule mentioning 'no night jumps' for this assignment, the Pink Skyvan is actually just returning from a flight in TGB Tongeren now, at 21:25LT. That seems to confirm there will be no other aircraft for dropping in this exercise.
