2x Koksijde NH90 WFU ???

According Scramble database RN02 and RN03 are Withdrawn from use as of this month (october) .

Can anybody confirm this and probaply the reason why ?

As far as I know RN-02 is embarked o/b BNS Leopold1, at present part of SNMG1.

I also thought the intention was to withdraw the 4 TTHs and update the 4 NFHs.

Doesn't make sense to withdraw the NFH now the Alouettes are gone as well.

None of them will be WFU. One is onboard of Leopold I, one is in maintenance and two are SAR OPS.

Heard those rumours during SAR Meet.

Government and Chief of defense confirming closure of Coxydes Air base not earlier then 2025.
But no word about retiring of the NH-90s : those would be transfered to Oostend.

Correct. The four NH-90NFH's will be transferred to nearby Ostend.

RN01 is at Beauvechain for inspection, RN02/03/04 is OPS at Koksijde
