Some time ago we announced that both the printed and pdf versions of Scramble magazine were going to come to an end. This was a necessary decision, but obviously painful for many of our readers, and editors alike. At the same time, giving up the printed magazine is not going to be the end of Scramble... On the contrary: the future of our monthly publication has been secured with the new Scramble online !
Since the announcement, many of you have obviously been wondering what this online Scramble would look like. And, even more important, some have asked us if the online version would provide the same amount of information as the printed version always did. The answer is definitely: YES!
As announced in Scramble issue 510, it is time to uncover a part of Scramble online, and give you the opportunity to see for yourself. We proudly present you Scramble in its future form, by delivering a number of the regular sections of the latest printed magazine (#510) in their new online form. Under the new menu item Updates & Articles here on our website you can find the Military updates, Civil updates, Wrecks & relics and Dustpan & brush sections, plus an article on Air Legend 2021, all in the new online format.
These previews are available to our subscribers and non-subscribers, so everybody is able to see the contents in their new appearance. While we will all miss our beloved, old-fashioned paper medium, we think there are clear advantages to publishing Scramble online: it has a very easy-to-read format, more photo coverage and the delivery time of updates will be shortened by at least one week. Last but not least, these advantages come at a considerable price reduction: a subscription to the new online Scramble will only cost you € 10.00 per year, wherever you live! Finally, as a subscriber, you will also have the advantage to obtain our regular publications from the shop with a discount.
Of course the editors of Scramble Magazine are curious about your opinion on Scramble online. Feel welcome to share it here on the Message Board or at
