First USAR flights out of Vlissingen habor are planned today.

Wind is perfect for runway 25, what would they do directly 07 ? OR fly around and then 25...

I guess they will follow the standard flying procedures. ADSB shows PC7's using runway 25 this morning.

Any ideas where the US helicopters will be parked? on the parallel taxiway like Gilze?

Yes they will be parked on the taxitrack at the northside.

NOTAM indeed mentioned that the northern taxiway is closed between Alpha and Charlie intersections (so from rwy07 end all the way up to the first intersection leading to the 131sqn area.

Klopt daar staan nu ook mobiele verlichting en een Defensie truck en dixies.

Yes the base is normally closed during the weekend.
