Here you will find messages from the Scramble Administration and Editorial Team. Please read them! You can also leave any comments or suggestions about this Message Board, the Scramble website or the magazine.
This might come in handy, I thought. Note that you need to be logged in as a subscriber to access the content below, except for the news.
News is directly on the front page, obviously. Do not forget to check the Editorial and Scramble Info below it. Movements are under Community in the main menu. Updates including Dustpan & Brush, Wrecks & Relics, are under Updates & Articles in the main menu. Articles including Trip Reports, are under Updates & Articles in the main menu. Show Reports are under Database in the main menu. These are published whenever ready, not collectively once a month.
New since the end of March 2022 is the listing of the most recently published Subscriber Content, under Latest Changes on the Scramble front page (below the news headlines, the editorial messages and the 'Now on our Messageboard' tile).
There is also a direct link to all website updates of the last 30 days: scramble.nl/database/latest-updates. Go check it out!

This is really great and definitely a further improvement imho. It’s only one step away of getting all content in one pdf with a single click on a device, bringing back much of the joy of reading the latest Scramble…
Here we are again. Wrecks & Relics makes up for last month's absence, and we have added an article again. Unfortunately, the movements from our home countries keep having some issues - working on those!
Dear all, the new montly sections will be put online in a week, on Sunday 28 August. I will not update this index anymore, as the principles should now be clear to anyone. Keep in mind, that you will not see any subscriber-only menu items unless you are logged in as a subscriber. Additionally, all users will be logged out by the system from time to time.
I hope everyone will find what they are looking for and I hope the site will be improved over time.
I'm not sure but I think it is related to updates and small modifications. The site is not too stable either so that likely plays a role as well. In addition, all sorts of browser settings may influence cookie functionality - but in my experience not to this extent.
Addition to the above: I just noticed the board software (so not the website, but the phpBB system) keeps track of you login status 'per computer'. In reality, this is per IP address. My provider does not provide a fixed IP address so I suppose this logs me out regularly, probably more often than happens via other methods. You can check your own status via the UCP: https://www.scramble.nl/community/messa ... cp_profile .
