Moving Frisian Flag 2023 to Autumn was considered - but not decided - to avoid a possible new Covid-wave in the Winter and Spring of 2022/2023.

What a bullsh!t... the possible move to autumn 2023 has nothing to do with covid, but as mentioned above construction works.

Ik hoorde gisteren tijdens de spottersdag het gerucht dat de F-35's naar Gilze gaan als de baan er volgend jaar uit gaat. Weet iemand daar meer van?

Ik heb het gerucht van de baansluiting ook gehoord...op 31 maart en ze zouden inderdaad naar Gilze gaan. Volkel lijkt me logischer....ook het gerucht dat er dit jaar nog een extra FF zou zijn. Reden schijnbaar van de vele bezoekers deze FF.
But what's in a rumour.....

F-35s worden verdeeld over meerdere velden ivm geluid. Deel dus naar Volkel. Rest wellicht naar Orland, Lakenheath of op deployment
